The Dark Side of To-Do Lists: How It Kills Your Productivity and Creativity 💀

This approach ensures that you're focusing on the most critical tasks first, giving yourself room to be flexible with your approach. By prioritizing based on impact, you'll avoid decision paralysis and keep your momentum going. By balancing your tasks with flexibility, you'll foster creativity and stay motivated.

Have check-ins with your lists throughout the day but don't be hanging off of them, shut them down once you chose the next thing to work on and take a single-tasking approach for increased efficiency

2️⃣ Take breaks between tasks to avoid burnout and recharge your brain.

3️⃣ Eliminate distractions (create a list of any visual and auditory distractions and then look for a solution to remove them)
